Commercial EPC - Order Form

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to arrange payment, which allows us to enter your order onto our software.
Our Energy Assessor will contact you directly to arrange to visit your property and carry out the inspection required to produce the Energy Performance Certificate, based on the information provided by yourself when placing your order. Any variation found when visiting site might result in a re-assessment of fee.
We would normally expect to complete your EPC within 3 days of visiting the property, and we will provide an electronic version of the EPC in a PDF format and send it to you as an email attachment.
